Northeast Alabama Entrepreneurial Center

The Entrepreneurial Center is a business incubator for start-up service companies and light manufacturing businesses. Business incubation facilitates the growth of home grown companies by offering turn-key space and mentoring. Decatur-Morgan County Entrepreneurial Center

The Decatur-Morgan County Entrepreneurial Center (E-Center) is built on the philosophy that the recruitment of new business into Morgan County is a vital component to economic prosperity and offers connectivity and rooted values to the economic profile of the county. The primary purpose of the E-Center is to encourage, enthuse and empower new and small businesses as tenants and non-tenants of the E-Center facility and to ensure successful start-up and continued growth. We are located in close proximity to the Tennessee River, Rail service and the Interstate system. We have a first-class Training Room available and our communications solutions enable quick adaptation to market changes and increase productivity through speed and innovation.

Center for Entrepreneurial Excellence Business Innovation Center

The Mobile Business Innovation Center has been an integral part of the Mobile community since 1986. A community partnership of the County of Mobile, the City of Mobile and the Mobile Area Chamber of Commerce, our primary mission is to assist in launching small businesses.

We do this by operating a fully functional Small Business Incubator for our tenants and by our outreach programs open to anyone in Mobile County who is either interested in starting a business or is already in business and needs to find ways to do it better.

Auburn Business Incubator

The ABI is developing into a full-service, mixed-use business incubator with the overall mission of assisting start-up and early stage companies in being successful by linking them to a network of services from university and community sources.

The incubator will assist in providing the infrastructure for small businesses to develop, sustain, and begin to prosper within an agreed upon time frame with the goal of having them graduate with a sound financial foundation.

The overall impact of the incubator is expected to be small business formation and job creation, establishment of an entrepreneurial environment, and contribute to the diversification of the economy.

Chef's Workshop of Alabama

Chef’s Workshop is a shared use commercial kitchen provider with 4 professionally equippedcertified kitchens available for rent on an hourly basis. Unique to the Birmingham area,our convenient 5,000 square foot facility enables caterers, bakers, food entrepreneurs,and aspiring chefs the opportunity to start or expand their business in a legitimate certified facility, with minimal risk, cost, and hassle.

Shoals Entrepreneurial Center

The SEC is a business incubator. That means we work with start-up and emerging companies to help them successfully launch and grow. As a business incubator, we offer shared space, equipment and resources in a controlled-overhead environment. Because those costs are controlled, start-up businesses can allocate more of their limited resources to other things that will help the business grow.

Business incubation is a proven tool for regional economic growth. Our unique cluster of commercial space, business counseling and technical assistance, and wide-ranging network of partners can provide a critical framework to help entrepreneurs meet their business goals. The SEC has proven to be a major part of the Shoals area economic development team. Since 1992, the SEC incubator network has incubated more than 150 businesses and created more than 1,500 jobs.

Coalition for Veteran Owned Business

This first-of-its-kind national initiative will support the success of veteran, service member, and military spouse-owned businesses by connecting them with entrepreneurial education and training, small business resources and solutions, and commerce and supplier opportunities. The Coalition will advocate for and support businesses operated by the greater military and veteran community, including both business-to-business and business-to-consumer models.
